New Kitchen Things!

Since doing our kitchen make-over, we were still in need of a few more things to tie the room together. We bought this bright red vintage enamel teapot which adds a lot of color to the room. We’ve been needing a teapot for quite some time, and this was the perfect one for our kitchen!

These vintage wooden fish boxes are also perfect for storing our fruit and dish cloths right on top of the wall cabinet.

One of our favorite new additions is this vintage Philips 12 coffee machine. It’s very modern looking and replaced our old (new) bland and ugly one. The antique basket on the right is also new and now holds garlic on the countertop.

We’ve been looking for a nice set of trivets when we spotted these vintage cork ones on Etsy and had to buy them! I love the shape of them and they match our kitchen perfectly!

Beautiful things!! That coffee machine makes me green with envy.
that teapot is awesome! i asked for one for christmas, but sadly, it was forgotten. i’m still on the hunt for a great one.
and…that coffee pot is amazing! it makes me disgusted to look at ours. (haha)
So many nice things – I love the red coffee tea pot – so nice and beautiful colour. I dream of getting one in my favourite colour green.
Great stuff. It’s good to see all the great things in your house, after pawing through all the great things on your shop. Those cork trivets are great too.
Thanks Alexx! We’re always looking for new things for the house as we’re always renovating and decorating our home! As soon as we saw those cork trivets, we had to have them! :)
Oh dear!
I`ve been looking for this teapot for ages and couldn`t find it anywhere in this dull country(I`m from germany)!!!
Does anyone know where to buy it or the name of the brand?! Thanxx
Hi Alex! The teapot is actually vintage, so I’m not sure of the brand. We bought it on etsy.com – which also had a few others last time I checked. It’s definitely hard to find around here too (we’re in Canada) so ordering online is always best! Hope that helps! :)
